Your tasks

  • Building and maintaining our social media accounts, developing and implementing strategies to increase brand awareness
  • Creating target group-oriented and creative content for platforms like LinkedIn and Instagram – from product presentations and team insights to project stories.
  • Analysis and reporting of social media performance to optimize future campaigns, as well as monitoring of trends and developments.
  • Interacting with our community and maintaining customer relationships via social networks
  • Support with other marketing and ad-hoc tasks (e.g. online marketing, trade fair preparation, product data preparation)
  • Image editing, retouching, video shooting and editing

Your qualifications

  • Completed vocational training or studies in the field of marketing, communication or a comparable qualification
  • Professional experience in social media management, ideally in the marketing and advertising industry
  • Excellent knowledge of the most common social media platforms and their tools
  • Good knowledge of the Adobe Creative Cloud programs (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro)
  • A feel for trends, design, target groups and language that turns scrolling into clicking.

Your tasks

  • Customer service: You will be available to our customers by phone to provide advice and support on technical questions. You will provide expert advice on our products and identify solutions for their individual requirements.
  • Quotation preparation: You create customer-specific offers taking into account the technical requirements
  • Order processing: From order placement to delivery, you will manage the entire order process. You will coordinate internal processes and ensure that delivery deadlines are met.
  • Complaints processing: You will be jointly responsible for processing customer complaints, analyzing the causes in cooperation with the interface functions and developing practical solutions to maintain customer satisfaction.

Your qualifications
