We develop practical solutions for individual requirements in-house. Should luminaires require special designs or special finishing touches, we collaborate with our long-standing regional partners in the metalworking, painting, and powder coating industries. Together, we develop your customized product.
And this is how it works:
Needs assessment
Our trained staff will conduct an on-site analysis of your local and spatial conditions. During the consultation, we will work with you to determine your technical and design requirements, allowing us to flexibly adapt to various criteria, such as control technology and installation options.
Lighting concept
Following the consultation, our technical draftsmen and engineers get to work, using CAD software to create an initial design for the requested custom luminaire. A visualization of the LED lighting is the first step in bringing it into shape, giving you a glimpse of the final product.
Luminaire prototype construction
Once you're satisfied with our proposal, we'll create an initial prototype and conduct lighting measurements in our testing labs. Your custom luminaire will be measured for various key light parameters, such as illuminance, light scattering, luminous intensity, and light quality.
Project implementation
If the results meet our high quality standards, your luminaire will go into production with the selected lighting properties and materials. As part of our lighting planning, the exact number of LED luminaires will be agreed upon with you on a project-specific basis – regardless of quantity, even starting from a single luminaire.
