As a manufacturer of LED lighting, we at LAS supply our electrical wholesale partners nationwide. We operate a three-tier distribution system and focus on intensive collaboration.
In addition to innovative, efficient, and high-quality lighting and building technology for industry, offices, outdoors, and much more, we develop custom-made products for individual projects.

Your tasks

  • Customer service: You will be available to our customers by phone to provide advice and support on technical questions. You will provide expert advice on our products and identify solutions for their individual requirements.
  • Quotation preparation: You create customer-specific offers taking into account the technical requirements
  • Order processing: From order placement to delivery, you will manage the entire order process. You will coordinate internal processes and ensure that delivery deadlines are met.
  • Complaints processing: You will be jointly responsible for processing customer complaints, analyzing the causes in cooperation with the interface functions and developing practical solutions to maintain customer satisfaction.
  • You work closely with the team and regularly exchange information with internal departments
  • Supporting our field service

Your qualifications

  • You have successfully completed commercial training and have a good technical understanding
  • Professional experience in internal sales
  • Confident handling of MS Office programs is a matter of course for you
  • Independent work, team spirit, organizational talent and personal commitment
  • You are characterized by a high level of service, sales and customer-oriented work
  • Fluent written and spoken German (business fluent)
